84th HLM congress in Montpellier: the program for this Tuesday, September 24

From Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 September, the 84th HLM Congress will take place at the Montpellier exhibition centre, route de la Foire in Pérols, from 9 am to 7 pm. Here is the programme for this Tuesday 24 September 2024.

Plenary sessions

10 am, official opening session: speech by the president of the Union sociale pour l'habitat; local authorities reception. 11 h – 12 h 15, "The supply shock, myth or reality ?". The response to the housing crisis would involve a "supply shock". Beyond the voluntarism regularly displayed by public authorities, are the tools implemented to create this "shock" up to the challenge posed after several years of crisis, and in particular with regard to social housing ? Doesn't the response to the crisis also involve strengthening actions in favor of households ?
