The big Rex, the latest addition to the Dinopedia empire, opens its doors in Alès this Monday, October 7, on the eastern ring road, in place of the former Papy B restaurant.

There is no doubt, we are in the right place. Dinosaur bones in front of the entrance to The Big Rex, a new fast-food restaurant in Alès, marks the entrance into the era of prehistory.

Located in place of the former Papy B restaurant near the Aldi store, the restaurant opens its doors this Monday, October 7. Inside, automated dinosaurs, like at the Dinopedia park. On the menu, no fuss, we find the panoply of fast food: burgers, nuggets, fries and other menus ready to make the other fast food restaurants on the eastern ring road tremble. Those who want to eat lighter or without meat can choose salads and veggie burgers.

The big Rex: the first of a long series?

No special communication for this first day or upcoming inauguration but a well-prepared team. “We did test services last week“, explains Joffrey Machabert, director of operations. “The first one was a bit complicated. For the second, it was better". 11:30 a.m., the last checks done, the restaurant opens its doors.
