Insults and blows over confiscated cap: high school teacher attacked by two students

A mathematics teacher at a high school in Corbeil-Essonnes was the victim of an assault on October 10, 2024 after confiscating the cap of one of the school's students.

The events took place this Thursday, October 10, at the Robert-Doisneau high school in Corbeil-Essonnes in Essonne, report our colleagues from Parisien.

Professor claims to have been hit

A mathematics professor allegedly asked one of his students in the corridors to remove his cap. After the latter refused, the teacher confiscated his headgear. But the story doesn't end there.

The student in question returned to see the teacher a few moments later, with one of his classmates to get his cap back. The tone then rose between the three and the mathematics teacher received several blows, until he was rescued by a colleague, explains the Parisien.

An open investigation

Professor a&amp ;nbsp;filed a complaint and an investigation was opened for "violence against a person responsible for a public service mission" in order to determine the circumstances of the facts.

The two students were identified and placed in police custody according to the prosecutor of the Republic in the Parisian. The mother of one of them would also have liked to file a complaint against the teacher, our colleagues point out. 60~/p>
