A Corsican stall on the small market

Specialties to discover at the small Saturday market.

Since December, a new stand has appeared at the unmissable small Saturday morning market in the Beausoleil-route d'Arles district, in the courtyard of the Emile-Gauzy school. This is a Corsican delicatessen stall called "Simpliciamente corsu".

Dominique Luigi, originally from Balagne, a region of Haute-Corse, created his business with his two sons 7 months ago. The varied products offered are charcuterie, "with real Corsican pigs", he specifies. But also cheeses, biscuits, wines, beers, honey, jams, olive oil.

Note that "Simpliciamente corsu" is also present at the producers' market on avenue Jean-Jaurès on Friday mornings. And these products are also available in the store at 8 rue des Marchands.
