A new bus line from Béziers to the beaches of Valras

Those who take public transport in the summer to reach the beaches have often experienced this situation: overcrowded buses, families who cannot find space to put their bags and parasols, employees who cannot work in Béziers, or join Valras… "In the summer, on line E which runs Béziers-Sauvian-Valras, it’s overcrowded, and we have a different clientele, with a lot of young people . We have therefore decided to provide another route as reinforcement, from May 4, with of course the same access conditions as for the other beeMob lines, announces Patrick Bédrines, representative of the carrier Vectalia.

This new line, called Solaire, will provide direct access to the beaches of Valras, via Villeneuve-lès-Béziers and Sérignan. It will initially operate from May 4 to July 5, on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as on Friday May 10 exceptionally. First departure from Béziers Charles-de-Gaulle at 12:15 p.m., last return from Valras-Plage autostation at 10:55 p.m. During the summer period the line will be active every day, with a frequency of 30 minutes during the day. It will depart, like line E, from platform 6 of the bus station, and the timetables are available at www.beemob.fr.
