Agde: four dates this summer to meet gypsy culture

The "Meeting" is available this year in three parts. After the May festivities, Thierry Patrac and the tourist office are offering dramatized tours of the heart of the city of Agde this summer.

The second part of the “Encounter” festival, which highlights gypsy culture, is announced. And will take the form of four visits to the heart of the city, scheduled for Mondays July 29, August 12 and 19, as well as Saturday September 21, from 10 a.m. to noon. Tourist office guide-lecturer Arnaud Sanguy will offer a dramatized stroll through the streets of the historic center, up to Conesa Square and the Glacière, with theater, dance and singing to intersperse the stroll, directed by Géraldine Taulier.

A first for Thierry Patrac and his team, since the previous visit took place last September, during the 2023 festival. But the desire to also open up to vacationers is real , as evidenced by the free nature of this meeting.
