The operation "Stars on the plates" began in 2017 and continues today. 

For the ninth year, the residents of the Ehpad Les Jardins de Brescou enjoyed the arrival of François Adamski, best worker in France, Bocuse d’Or and starred chef, in the kitchens of the establishment, as part of the operation “Stars on the plates”.

A meeting of good taste for residents who were able to taste a menu designed around truffles, from the starter to cheese, with a succulent Brie de Meaux stuffed with truffle. Something to delight the guests.
