The shared conversation
The tenant shares the entire conversation with the owner and his post quickly goes viral. "I noticed that you had left shower gels that were open and which leaked into my drawer… And therefore stained the drawer. The entire stained piece of furniture needs to be replaced. I contacted a craftsman to replace the piece of furniture", the owner wrote to him in particular.
"A coat of paint or even a wipe with a sponge could solve what she considers to be a problem", assures the tenant, quoted by France 3.

"We will review the host's claim and take appropriate action if necessary", concludes Airbnb.
