Alain Delon affair: why the actor's first medical expertise is already being called into question

A first medical examination of Alain Delon would have taken place this Saturday January 13, 2024 at his home in Douchy. Anthony and Alain Delon's lawyer contests the results of this medical expertise.

A doctor, mandated by the Montargis prosecutor, came to the home of actor Alain Delon, in Douchy, to assess his state of health, ;after information from BFM TV.

A letter sent to the prosecutor

The results of this first medical expertise are not known but it would already be contested by the lawyer of Anthony and Alain Delon according to BFM, who was able to consult his mail sent to the Montargis prosecutor.

"In the unique presence of Anouchka"

In this letter dated this Saturday afternoon, notes the information channel, "the expertise is currently (…) taking place at Douchy in the unique presence of Anouchka Delon who instead answers the questions asked to Mr. Alain Delon, writes lawyer Laurence Bedossa.

The regularity of "tainted"expertise

Before concluding: "This situation taints the regularity of this expertise". For the moment, neither Anouchka Delon's lawyer, nor her entourage, nor the Montargis prosecutor have wished to comment on this information.
