Already assured of moving up to National 2, the senior girls of Mende GC handball end the season with a victory

Against Montpellier Frontignan Women's Handball, the Mendoises won. They finished 2nd in the N3 championship.

They wanted this victory, the girls of the Mende Gévaudan handball club. And they got it! They, who won their accession to Nationale 2 since the beginning of May, had the opportunity, this Saturday, May 25, 2024, to celebrate their successful season in front of their audience at La Vernède, always faithful to encourage the handball players from Mende . Of course, the Lozériens wanted to finish on a good note, especially since the title of National 3 champions was still within their reach.

Against Montpellier Frontignan Women's Handball, the Mendoises, pushed by their supporters, won. A victory which allowed them to gain three precious points for the title race.

Pechbonnieu on the top step

In front of them, with a small point lead before this last day, the Pechbonnieu team. To know the final ranking of the competition, we still had to wait a little. The handball players from Haute-Garonne only played on Sunday at 4 p.m., against Pays des Nestes, 3rd. The leaders had the advantage of the floor. They won by a large margin, with a score of 27 to 19.

Pechbonnieu therefore confirms its place as leader of this N3 championship. As for the Mendoises, they finished second. Both teams win their ticket for N2.
