An outing in the forest with the League for the Protection of Birds

Les participants partiront dans la forêt de la Loubière avec un spécialiste, ce samedi 23 mars 2024. 

This Saturday, March 23, the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO) is offering an outing to discover the Loubière forest (commune of Chadenet) and small mountain owls.

The forest a natural habitat ? A wood factory ? A poetic space ? Decryption and details on a 2 km circuit, with a forest specialist, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Then, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., volunteers offer a twilight immersion in the forest to discover little mountain owls, a suspended moment during which participants will let themselves be transported by the sounds of the forest.

Bring warm clothes

This outing is organized subject to favorable weather conditions, calm and windless weather. We will meet at 3 p.m. at the car park at the start of the Pradilhous interpretation trail: from the RD 41, 2 km from La Loubière towards Bagnols-les-Bains, turn right at of Oustal-Cremat. At 6 p.m., the meeting point will be at the Col de la Loubière car park.

You are asked to bring walking shoes, warm clothes, gloves and hats, and if possible binoculars.
