With more than 61,000 cases in 2023 in France, this cancer is the most common cancer, both sexes combined.

Rare diseases: a day to get informed

#NÎMESThe Alliance for Rare Diseases is organizing a regional meeting this Friday in Nîmes. Rare diseases affect less than one person in 2,000, 80% of them are genetic in origin, 20% are autoimmune. Three quarters of them appear in childhood and 95% have no curative treatment. There are between 6,000 and 8,000 of them.
