La capitale devrait être bloquée par les agriculteurs à partir de ce dimanche 28 janvier. C'est en tout cas ce qu'annonce le syndicat Jeunes Agriculteurs.

The Young Farmers union announced this Saturday, January 27, the lifting of the roadblocks before new actions to come next week, including a "blockade" of Paris from this Sunday evening, January 28, in reaction to the announcements of Prime Minister Gabriel Attal to try to appease the anger of the French agricultural world.

The FNSEA, the leading farmers' union in France, had already called this Friday, January 26, to continue the mobilization after these announcements, which include administrative simplification measures and the cancellation of the increase in the tax on non-road diesel (GNR).

"Change method"

"The Prime Minister has not heard our requests. Certainly, he provides answers, but they are not to the right extent. We have decided to change method and therefore organize the blockade of Paris and the inner suburbs of Paris", declared Maxime Buizard, administrator of Young Farmers, on BFMTV.

"During the day of Thursday and Friday, we had around ten, a dozen blockage points around Paris. What will be put in place next week will be much finer and much stronger, the idea being that there is no truck that can supply the capital and that, ;#39;we have to, we'll hold on as long as necessary, in any case for the whole of next week", he added.
