After two days of strike, a meeting between staff representatives from Arthur-Rimbaud college and the rectorate made it possible to move forward on the issue of the position of principal additional education advisor. This is extended until the end of the year but half-time.

Staff representatives from Arthur-Rimbaud College and those in charge of the rectorate came together this Wednesday at the end of two days of strike in the establishment. The teams criticized the academic services for having prematurely ended the mission of a principal education advisor (CPE) assigned as reinforcement following the attack in Samara.< /p>

A security guard for the start of the school year

According to teachers and school life agents, this interruption, planned for last Monday, marked a break with the commitments made by the rectorate and, above all, the cessation of an action company with parents and latecomers. During this meeting, it was therefore proposed to maintain the CPE for 50% of its time at Arthur-Rimbaud until the end of the year. "It’it was our action that made this possible. Will it be enough or not ? We'll see. The exchanges were a little lively but it ended well. The rector is really present on this subject and we thank her" indicates Jordan Homps (Snes-Fsu) who represented the teachers during this interview.< /p>

The delegation also obtained confirmation of the arrival of a prevention and security agent for the next school year. These elements will be submitted to the general staff meeting this Thursday morning, which will decide whether to continue or stop the movement started this Monday.
