This Tuesday, October 1st, the Rugby Regulatory Authority (ex-DNACG) gave a favorable opinion to the takeover of the club by the buyers, currently in the running for the purchase of ASBH. Robert Ménard, for his part, is asking for more guarantees.
This Tuesday evening, Robert Ménard spoke with Dominique Debreyer, the director of the Rugby Regulatory Authority (ex-DNACG). After a new study of the file for the takeover of ASBH by the Irish investment fund that positioned itself, the financial policeman of the National Rugby League gave a favorable opinion.
A positive point that delighted Robert Ménard. The mayor has not given the green light: “The officials of the Regulatory Authority tell us that they are reassured, he explains. But for our part, we want other guarantees. We are the ones selling. I do not want to take any risks. We have invested a lot. We still have questions to ask."
On Friday, October 4, in the morning, the mayor will discuss again with the potential buyers in order to "make them proposals."
