Last year, the various colleges of the Alzon Institute received the Génération 2024 label issued by the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. A label that aims to develop bridges between the school world and the sports movement to encourage physical and sports practice among young people.

Wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball and blind football
It was an unforgettable start to the school year on Monday, September 2, for 60 middle school students from Vestric-et-Candiac who went to Roland-Garros to watch the wheelchair tennis event.
On the same day, 100 middle school students from Nîmes and Beaucaire went to the Bercy Arena to cheer on the wheelchair basketball para-athletes. Finally, this Tuesday 3, 20 students from Grau-du-Roi were at the Eiffel Tower stadium to watch the blind football events.
The emotion of carrying the torch like the athletes…
Mathéo, a middle school student from Vestric-et-Candiac, confided on his way back "having spent a dream day, having attended these events that mark history, having met Yannick Noah, having hugged the mascot and ending the day by going to see the majestic Olympic flame. More than just sport, it was an unforgettable moment !"
