At the General Agricultural Competition, the first medals fall for oysters from the Etang de Thau

Several oyster producers from the Etang de Thau were distinguished at the 2024 General Agricultural Competition which is held during the Agricultural Show.

Gold medal or silver medal. The harvest of charms was good for the oyster producers of the Etang de Thau who participated in the 2024 General Agricultural Competition, which is held each year during the Salon de l' agriculture.

Exempt and special oysters

Thus in the category of Hollow Oysters from the Mediterranean basin, the Gold medal came to crown the exuded oysters called Moana presented by Quentin and Emmeline (Mèze) and L& ;#39;emerging from Ostrea Cultura (Marseillan). The jury awarded the same medals to the Queens Julianne of Laurent Arcella (Mèze), to those of Loïc Astier (Loupian) as well as to the specials of Ludovic Moulis (Marseillan).

Award-winning flat oysters

As for flat oysters, Loïc Astier doubles the stakes with a Gold medal. Quentin and Emmeline as well as Laurent Arcella receive a Silver medal for, respectively, their Edulis de Thau and Queens Julianne Edulis.
