At the start of the 2024 school year, a training center dedicated to human resources opens in Bagnols-sur-Cèze

FC2R is supported by three specialists in the HR sector. The team wishes to offer innovative teaching and meet the significant needs in this area in the Gard Rhone and surrounding areas.
Human resources, a sector which concerns all structures, companies of all sizes and types, communities, associations. Marie-Rose Rovira, Laura and Frank Ruiz are creating a training center dedicated to this sector. FC2R, for Formation Conseil Ruiz-Rovera, opens in September in Bagnols. A private school that will meet the needs of businesses, they observed throughout their journey, while students go far away for this type of course and often do not return.
Bagnols, a strategic choice
"Bagnols-sur-Cèze is a strategic choice: in the heart of the Rhone Gard, with three nuclear sites nearby, with professions that are recruiting, d&rsquo ;large payrolls which have needs in this area. We are responding to a lack of training offers on this point", they summarize. "There are logistics bases, many VSE-SMEs, municipalities, temporary agencies, associations" complete Laura Ruiz. Frank and Laura Ruiz have already created a training organization, IFPS in Pont-Sont-Esprit, specializing in workplace safety. Marie-Rose Rovera has worked in HR training for twenty years in Vaucluse. Marie-Rose and Laura are trainers."We met through work. We find ourselves on a common project with all our work-study experiences." Both designed the educational offer, recruited the teachers, including they will be part, "stakeholders who adhere to the philosophy of our project, qualified people who are passionate about the desire to transmit, in order to create together an educational discourse" .
Adapt and innovate
They are particularly close to their hearts "individual support, classes of 20 students maximum, innovative teaching, in suitable premises", or 700 m2, Berret area. The three founders of FC2R wish to offer seminars on specialties and innovations, outings to companies, and integrate additional modules on new technologies into the curriculum."We are going to bring to life our training based on innovations, HR issues for managers, so that the diplomas meet market expectations." At the moment, the team is presenting its project to businesses and trade fairs. FC2R will have a stand at the Mai de l’apprenticeship, on May 22, in Bagnols. "These training courses are fully financed by work-study programs. Zero euros remain for students. Our role is to create a link between businesses and students."Around fifteen students are already registered. Thanks to the experience and complementarity of its founders, FC2R was created in record time, "we are ready, we will demonstrate our professionalism and our legitimacy. Our offer complements what already exists in terms of training in Bagnols.
At the start of the 2024 school year, five courses including two professional titles
All courses are work-study and are aimed at all audiences, students, employees (to validate, complete or enhance their experience) or people undergoing professional retraining. In September, a BTS SAM (Support for managerial action), a bachelor's degree in recruitment and HR advice, and a master's degree in HR management begin.
Two professional titles are offered from October: HR assistant and payroll manager.
