Depuis la tentative d’assassinat de Donald Trump, de nombreuses théories du complot ont vu le jour sur X (anciennement Twitter).

Staged, CIA plot… On X, fake news has continued since the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Publications, sometimes seen tens of millions of times, suggest a frame-up to take down the Republican.

An Internet user notably published two videos to illustrate the difference between the speed with which Secret Service agents evacuated Donald Trump during a meeting in 2016, after ;a person reported the presence of a firearm, and the events that occurred this Saturday, July 13.

"No one in the crowd runs or panics. No one in the crowd heard a real gun, writes a user thinking that it is staged. There too, his message was viewed 2.6 million times.

Matt Wallace, a Twitter user known for his anti-vax theories, was the first to do so. Only a few minutes after the events, the latter accused the CIA of being in charge of this assassination attempt. A publication which once again has several million views.

Another user followed by nearly 400,000 people explains, in a post viewed 5.6 million times, the possibility that the CIA acted "in connivance"with Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton.

"This is the price you pay when you eliminate the satanic pedophile elite", he also wrote, referring to a conspiracy theory according to which Donald Trump is waging a secret war against the "Deep State" ("Deep State"), as recalled by the BBC. This concept is used by Trump to designate the administration which, secretly, would govern "really" the country.< /p>

Andrew Tate, a masculinist influencer supporting Donald Trump, believes that it’s a "coup& rsquo;State", but the latter does not evoke a precise name. The influencer claims that"'they found an idiot", "left him up on the roof" with a gun and "ignored the crowd's warnings" and then "eliminate him before he can speak".
