Béziers: Until Monday, the motor show is “an opportunity to talk, explain and democratize electrics”

Taking place at the Béziers Exhibition Center, the Peyrot Group is delighted to renew the tradition of the Béziers motor show until Monday. Interview with Carla Englan, head of new vehicle sales at the Béziers dealership which offers the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands.

What is the interest for the Peyrot Group in being present at the Béziers motor show?< /p>

The idea is first of all to show that we are truly present. The motor show hasn’t taken place since 2018, so we jumped at the chance. We are keen to be there at 100% Béziers events. For us, it’s also a way of showing the entire range since Renault releases a new model every six months. The objective is also to be able to benefit from offers to our customers.

Is it also interesting to be able to play an educational role in an automobile market in full transition ?

Exactly. We have set up a 100% electric center to take the time to explain and educate. This allows you to see the models, talk about charging, autonomy, driving… A whole lot of important information to enable the transition to electric. On all our models, we are developing hybrids, so this is an opportunity to talk about it, to democratize electric. Because it’s a subject that seems complicated but when you use it, it’s very simple. We have to take the time to explain, to show, that’s what we’re doing today.

As a professional, in the Béziers region, how do you experience the evolution of the sector ?

We do a lot of private vehicle fleets, Renault and Dacia, utility and company vehicles, we also have the Alpine brand… We reach all customer targets. The market is doing well and we are participating in events like the Béziers automobile show to boost the market after a rather calm month of May due to the bridges.
