This is the custom: a good two hours before the opening of Vinocap, the winegrowers who have finished setting up their stand begin serious matters with a solid breakfast. On the menu, charcuterie from Maison Millas, in Lacaune, a cheese platter and local wines, of course. Enough to start the day well while waiting for the local elected officials who come to join a little later, all these little people chatting with a drink in hand. A first in particular for the prefect of Hérault François-Xavier Lauch, who does not ;rsquo;didn’t miss this moment.

We've often told you, Vinocap is not a fair! But when you approach the Rosé de Bessan stand, at the corner of Quai Jean-Miquel and Beaupré, the atmosphere is often very present! It must be said that some visitors to the show, particularly vacationers, will stock up directly at the source to get through the summer, and God knows you need bottles of rosé to withstand the summer heat. That’s good, the cooperative cellar has around fifteen rosé vintages (!) but not only that, to supply its customers. A quality regularly praised by the mayor of the town, Stéphane Pépin Bonet, present at Vinocap on this first day.

Crossed Thursday on the quays of the Center Port Thursday morning, this rather unusual team, with a cart loaded with boxes of wine closely monitored by the house dog.cC’is also there’ rsquo;opportunity to remind that the show commissioned young people to carry the boxes to the cars parked nearby.
