Cap d'Agde: we are going to talk about electric mobility on the quays of the Center Port

The sixth edition of the E-Cap show will take place Saturday May 4 and Sunday May 5, on the Pierre-Racine esplanade in Cap d'Agde.

We must admit that we were a little skeptical when in 2019, the E-Cap association chaired by Guilhem Sol Arbieu launched the first edition of the electric mobility show, & quot;with around fifteen exhibitors,", he recalls.

A meeting that grew bigger

But year after year, despite two years (2020 and 2021) threatened by covid, the event has made its way and now this weekend of May 4 and 5, for the sixth edition, the presence of & rsquo;around sixty professionals are announced on the Pierre-Racine esplanade, a sign that the meeting has grown of course, but also that the subject of electric locomotion is becoming more and more relevant in our society.

An increasingly developed range of machines

Thus, a wide range of electric vehicles will be presented, with Segway, scooter, bicycle, VTC, mountain bike, skate board, scooter, motorcycle, cart, quad, buggy, 4-wheel bicycle, small utility vehicle, trailer or even legendary vehicles reconditioned in electric, such as the 2 CV and Méhari. On the sea side, paddles, jet boards and jet skis, all electric, will also be demonstrated in the port.
Local car dealers will also come to present the latest electric models. Thus, the brands Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Opel, Tesla, Volvo, the very latest Volkswagen combi or even new arrivals such as the Chinese BYD or the Vietnamese Vinfast, will be represented on the quays of the Center Port for two days.
