Cohesion training courses for young RCBM graduates

Les jeunes ont découvert la Ferme aux crocodiles.

Les jeunes joueurs ont choisi le thème de la protection de l’environnement.

At the initiative of the club's first apprentice educators a few years ago, the Rugby club Bagnols Marcoule regularly organizes team-building courses for its young members. New this year, a common thread has guided all the summer courses. "It was an idea from last season's M14s, explains Milo Harel, the club's sports director. They wanted us to organize more courses this summer and, with the coordinator, we gave them the task of finding a theme. They chose environmental protection."

It was before the training sessions that they got together to come up with activities related to this theme. It was also an opportunity for them to participate in developing courses for the little ones. Visit to the Crocodile Farm, creative workshops on sorting or even picking up waste on the beach, the teenagers were not short of ideas. "It is important for us to make them responsible and give them the desire to get involved in the entire club, continues Milo Harel. The RCBM is a family club and we try to pass this notion on to the younger generations."

Buoyed by the success of these courses, the employees are already thinking about the next ones. "On realizes that the children are very keen. They want to play more rugby but also share activities with their friends from the club. We will therefore meet them at All Saints' Day."
