Following a call for projects carried out by the Developer SA Elit, and the result of close collaboration between the city of Sète and the M&A group, the Première Ligne residence drops anchor at at the entrance to the city, in the former industrial district of Rive Sud, the future innovative district of Sète.

Completed at the end of March, the Première Ligne residence marks the entrance to the city and becomes one of the strong symbols of the ZAC Rive SUD.
