À compter de ce 1er janvier 2024, une nouvelle aide vise à aider les personnes âgées à entreprendre des travaux pour adapter leur logement à leurs vieux jours.

For people aged 60 and over
Ma Prime Adapt' is intended for people over 70, with disabilities or meeting certain income criteria. Whether they are tenants or owners, beneficiaries of this aid must demonstrate income of less than 25,000 euros per year for a single person, and less than 32,000 euros for a couple. nbsp;
If you are between 60 and 69 years old, you are entitled to Ma Prime Adapt' if you are already losing your autonomy and you need help to stay at home Other public concerned, this time without age conditions: people disabled, with a disability rate of more than 50%.
Up to 22,000 euros in aid
Depending on resources, aid can reach up to 22,000 euros. According to the national housing agency, Ma Prime Adapt' can cover between 50% and 70% of the cost of work in the home.
To obtain financing for your work, you will need to submit your aid request directly on the MaPrimeAdapt’ or submit your file to the local Anah delegations.
