“Deprived of his freedom, but he copulates at all costs”: the parents of Arthur Noyer “disgusted” by the announcement of the paternity of Nordahl Lelandais

Déjà condamné à la perpétuité pour les meurtres du caporal Arthur Noyer et de la petite Maëlys, Nordahl Lelandais est devenu père en prison, où il enchaînerait les conquêtes amoureuses malgré sa détention. La nouvelle pour les proches de ses victimes est douloureuse à accepter. 

They are “disgusted”. The day after the announcement of the paternity of Nordahl Lelandais, who became a father in prison, the relatives of one of his victims, Corporal Arthur Noyer, cannot digest the news.

News announced this Friday, January 12, the same day as the decision rendered by the Charleville-Mézières criminal court, which sentenced Nordahl Lelandais to a sentence of ;one year in prison for the sexual assault in 2017 of his little cousin, then aged 14.

Arthur Noyer's parents informed RTLthrough their lawyer to their disgust. "Arthur Noyer, he could not leave any descendants because of the one they call the other. For him, life goes on, reports the latter. If nothing in French legislation prohibits having a child in prison, the lawyer deplores that' #39;there is "no consideration towards the civil parties". 

"I'm stunned. He is deprived of his freedom, but he copulates at will. I know that his lawyer will say that he is deprived of his liberty, but not of his human rights. Arthur and Maëlys had the right to live. He decided otherwise. They will never be able to know the joy of being mom and dad. Because he took their lives, says Cécile Noyer, the mother of Arthur Noyer, in the columns of Berry Républicain. 

The bereaved mother declares that she does not understand "these women who took the initiative to write to Nordahl Lelandais and to meet him during visiting rooms and sometimes in units of family life. "Go have a kid with a guy like that, who killed a little girl and Arthur… Honestly… Even if this poor kid didn't ask to be there (…) I& ;#39;hopes that between two copulations, he thinks about working in prison to compensate the victims. Because he has rights, but also duties. And that is his duty."
