Drowning begins for three people rescued from Môle beach in Cap-d’Agde

This Saturday, September 7, early in the afternoon, three swimmers in difficulty in the sea were rescued. One of them was transported by helicopter to the Montpellier University Hospital.

Heavy weather, rough seas. On the Môle beach in Cap-d'Agde, this Saturday, September 7, early in the afternoon, three people escaped drowning. The lifeguards from the first aid station and the Hérault firefighters intervened to help three swimmers in difficulty, who were thus rescued and pulled out of the water. Two people had swallowed a little water. The condition of the third required her evacuation by Dragon 34 helicopter to the Montpellier University Hospital. However, she was conscious.

Everyone is urged to exercise the utmost caution on the Hérault coast.
