Le département retrouve des électeurs socialistes mais le RN reste largement en tête.

Election results

At 9 p.m., with the complete results on 420 municipalities of the 433 in the department, unsurprisingly, the RN comes well ahead in Aude. Very largely even, with a score of more than 40% well above the national average achieved by Jordan Bardella's list.

His list gains almost 10 points compared to 2019 (31.06%) thus reinforcing the shift of the department towards the extreme right.

Renaissance, Big Loser

The big loser of the evening was the party of the presidential majority, relegated to third position with nearly 10% of the vote.

The marching wave which followed the first election of President Macron is indeed losing momentum in a department where the three deputies of the presidential majority have given way to the RN on the’ entire territory, urban and rural. Valérie Hayer's list did not convince voters for this European election.

L’Aude "red"; as for her, finds colors. Glucksmann's list is approaching 15% of votes and has thus gained more than 5 points since 2019.
