Un enfant vietnamien a été retrouvé, ce jeudi 22 août 2024, après avoir disparu quatre jours dans la forêt. Ses jours ne sont pas en danger.

A six-year-old boy who went missing for four days in a mountainous forest in northern Vietnam has been found alive, police said Thursday, August 22, as quoted by BFMTV.

Lam was reported missing on Saturday after he failed to return from a family celebration in Yen Bai province with his siblings.

</i> </p> <h2 class="txt-int">“He is fine now”</h2> <p>The boy was found exhausted, covered in mud, and sitting in a cassava bush by a man who heard his cries, according to a <em><strong>local media</strong></em>. <em>“We were told the boy was tired. They fed him and checked on him. “He is fine now,” a police official told Agence France-Presse.</p> <p>To survive the four days, Lam said he got lost in the forest and became more disoriented the further he walked. He survived by drinking water from a stream and picking wild leaves and fruits that he recognized.</p> <p><em>“I was so happy that my child came back alive. “I cried because he looked thinner and weaker than before he disappeared,” Lam's mother, Ly Thi Phai, said emotionally.</p> <h2 class="txt-int">Intensive search launched</h2> <p>As soon as Lam disappeared, police in Lam Giang commune launched an intensive search, even draining a pond for fear he had fallen into it, an officer said.
