False testimonies in Moulézan: Pierre Lucchini, vice-president of Nîmes métropole, is deprived of his delegations

The mayor of Moulézan, Pierre Lucchini, is accused of having produced false contributions as part of the public inquiry concerning the Bois des Leins wind turbines.

As part of the public inquiry accompanying the project to install wind turbines in the Bois des Leins, the mayor of Moulézan Pierre Lucchini is accused of # 39;have produced false contributions. The elected official is also vice-president of the Nîmes metropolis agglomeration community, in charge of new energies. 

Franck Proust, president of the institution, sent a message to all community advisors to inform them that he had decided to withdraw his delegations to the elected official.  

"One of our colleagues is concerned by a "guilty plea" procedure which would target false facts , use of forgeries and identity theft, explains Franck Proust. The prior recognition of guilt by the interested party himself concerns in particular acts of identity theft which have caused grievance, among other victims, to two elected from among the members of our assembly."

"Trust is an essential constant in our  operation which cannot be altered."

"This situation obliges me to take the necessary measures for the smooth running of our institution, both by a decision falling within my own powers of the president, namely the withdrawal from this day of the delegations of the person concerned and by that which will be subject to the sovereignty of the community assembly during its next session on February 26, s  rsquo;regarding the withdrawal of the office of vice-president."

It should be noted that Franck Proust never names the mayor of Moulézan in his message to elected officials.
