Flash mob and torchlight descent from 8 p.m. on the Comédie in Montpellier: the impactful action of angry liberal nurses

Le collectif des infirmiers libéraux en colère organise un rassemblement ce jeudi 16 mai à 20 h sur la place de la Comédie à Montpellier.

They have decided to strike a big blow: the collective of angry liberal nurses is organizing a somewhat original demonstration to express their demands which remain unchanged since 2022.

This Thursday, May 16, they will meet at Place de la Comédie in Montpellier from 8 p.m., for a very concrete and visual action: a flash mob followed by & rsquo;a torchlight journey towards the prefecture.

Around fifty nurses should be present for this mobilization which is intended to be impactful.

The demands

Liberal nurses want the revaluation of nursing medical procedures. "At a minimum keeping up with inflation seems vital for our profession." The nurses are also demanding an increase in the fixed travel allowance and the mileage allowance.

They also deplore the gap in this compensation between health professionals. Nursing review, retirement at 62… a total of nine points need improvement in the exercise of their duties.
