Football: Frontignan continues the maintenance operation
|Un triplé pour Moureaux (à droite). MIDI LIBRE – Giani Moreno
En R1, l'Asfac s'est imposé 1-3 à Baziège, ce samedi 27 avril.
The Muscatiers achieved another good performance with a success against a direct competitor for maintenance. However, the first fuse was lit by the locals and center forward Galante who allowed his team to take the lead (27th).
It was on a damaged pitch and exposed to rain that the two teams returned to the locker room.
Moureaux power three!
From the start of the second act, Moureaux, eccentric on the left flank, moved onto his right foot to reach for the small opposite net and put his team back on track (49th).
The two teams, aware of the stakes of the match, did not attack in an unreasonable manner. The battle was fierce in the midfield and the duels were closely contested.
And, in this little game, it was the visitors who took the upper hand and pushed the opponent into a mistake at the end of the match. Moureaux converted his penalty (86th) following a defender's hand in the penalty area. The locals then attacked and Frontignan, following a lightning counter initiated by Ait Barazouk, made the break (90th), the work of Moureaux, top scorer in the group with 14 goals.
With this success in the Toulouse region, Asfac goes on to a sixth match without defeat in the league (3 draws, 3 wins) and temporarily recovers 6th place.
