For this 2024 back-to-school period, the Bagnols Pont Football Club wants to create a U18 women's team

Faced with the growing enthusiasm for women's football and the creation of a U18 women's championship in 8-a-side football by the Gard Lozère district, FC Bagnols-Pont seizes the opportunity and wishes to strengthen its women's section. Several open house sessions are organized by the club in Bagnols-sur-Cèze and Pont-Saint-Esprit. Open houses will also take place for the U7, U8, U9 and U10 categories.

While the U15 women's section was crowned champion during this 2023-2024 season, FC Bagnols-Pont is continuing its commitment to women's football, the club, chaired by Amar Kouadri-Henni, announced in a press release. The club is organizing an open house with the aim of creating a U18 women's team!
Indeed, faced with the growing enthusiasm for women's football and the creation of a U18 women's championship in 8-a-side football by the Gard Lozère district, FC Bagnols-Pont is seizing the opportunity and wants to strengthen its women's section. The formation of a U18 team allows to broaden the sports offer for young players (born in 2007, 2008, 2009 or 2010) of the territory and to offer them new competition perspectives.

Recruitment in Pont-Saint-Esprit and Bagnols-sur-Cèze through four meetings

For the recruitment of the U18s, open days are therefore organized in Pont-Saint-Esprit at the Enfants du Rhône stadium on August 28, September 4 and 11 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
And at the Léo-Lagrange stadium in Bagnols-sur-Cèze on August 30, September 6 and 13 from 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. “These sessions will be open to all young girls interested in playing football and wishing to join a dynamic and ambitious team“, the club specifies.

Open days for U6, U7, U8 and U9 on September 4 and 11

FC Bagnols-Pont is also organizing open days for the U6, U7, U8 and U9 categories on Wednesdays, September 4 and 11. “The club thus reaffirms its commitment to training young people, by offering opportunities for sporting development to all generations.”
For the U6 and U7 boys, go to the Láéo-Lagrange stadium (in Bagnols) on September 4 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and at the Enfants du Rhone stadium (Pont-Saint-Esprit) on September 11, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. For U8s and U9s, open house at the Enfants du Rhone stadium on September 4 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and at the Léo-Lagrange stadium on September 11 from 2 p.m. to 15 h 30.
