Everyone has heard of the benefits of sport on physical and mental health, or the injunction of 10,000 steps a day to stay in shape. This Thursday, February 15, at 6 p.m., at the Musée de la Romanité, a high-level sportswoman will come to talk about it! The Nîmes Sport Santé association, in partnership with the Nîmes Mont-Aigoual Rotary club and the city of Nîmes invite gymnast Ludicive Furnon to talk about her journey, the importance of sport on health, ;#39;hygiene of life… 
Artistic gymnast, Ludivine Frurnon obtained the bronze medal
at the world championship in 1995 in Japan. She then participated in the Olympic Games in 1996 in Atlanta and became European champion in Paris in 2000. Several years after the end of her gymnastics career, she joined the Cirque du Soleil troupe and in 2010 participated in the ;show "France has incredible talent".
This evening aims to raise funds for the operation of the Nîmes Sport Santé association, recognized as Maison Sport Santé, which works on a daily basis to support people with specific needs (people with disabilities, chronically ill people, people who are progressing). in age…)
