He left the road: a man dies in a traffic accident on the D40 in Gard

This Tuesday, February 13, a man died in a road accident on the D40 departmental road in Gard.

This Tuesday, February 13 at around 6 p.m., Gard firefighters intervened on the D40 departmental road for a traffic accident.

Left off the road for unknown reasons

According to the firefighters' daily information bulletin, the accident involved a single car which left the D40 road for an undetermined reason. 4 vehicles and 10 firefighters were mobilized for the intervention.

The man, the only occupant in the passenger compartment, was ejected from the vehicle. Despite the rapid action of the emergency services, supported by a firefighter doctor and the police, he died.
