The good reflex

He had the right reflex to immediately dial "17". Municipal police officers were the quickest to intervene. After presenting themselves at the address indicated, they were able to apprehend the violent spouse and the victim who was kidnapped.

The accused was handed over to the national police and immediately placed in police custody where he still remains. As for the victim, she was taken care of by emergency services.
