A thirty-year-old woman was taken aside by a stewardess from the American company Delta because her t-shirt revealed the shape of her breasts and nipples.

"Offensive clothing"

Just before takeoff, a flight attendant takes her aside and explains that "when passengers wear offensive or revealing clothing, Delta's official policy is to exclude them from the flight", explains his lawyer, quoted by Le Figaro.

She must wear a jacket

The thirty-year-old's t-shirt revealed the shape of her breasts and nipples, which would have "alerted" one of the stewardesses who allegedly took the passenger out of the plane in front of the other passengers. To stay on board, the 38-year-old woman had to put on a jacket over her t-shirt.

Delta apologizes

The thirty-year-old has not filed a complaint but requests a meeting with the boss of the Delta airline to request the modification of a policy that she considers discriminatory.

Contacted by AFP, Delta indicated that it had already presented its "apologies" to this client, according to 20 Minutes.
