While investigations have continued for many months, our colleagues from Parisien have obtained the medical expertise of the & #39;actor who was handed over to investigators on October 13. The actor suffers from a "psychological and physical deterioration corresponding to a major alteration of his mental health specific to the actor. total abolition of discernment". The results of the new expertise expected

If originally this affair had emerged from a complaint by the Delon children against the actor's ex-partner, Hiromi Rollin, who accused him of mistreating him, it is now Alain-Fabien and Anthony, in favor of placing their father under guardianship, who are opposed to their sister Anouchka, who assures that he is lucid.

This legal expertise therefore results from the investigation into Hiromi Rollin and required six months of work. The latter was therefore carried out by a general practitioner from Loiret.

However, a second opinion was mandated by the Montargis public prosecutor's office, before possible placement under guardianship. If for his part, Hiromi Rollin's lawyer, Me Yassine Bouzrou, filed a complaint for "attempted voluntary homicide", the result that will give the new expert is more than expected.
