La start-up biterroise, dirigée par Olivier Leyssenot, vient de signer une convention avec la communauté de communes de La Domitienne pour créer des aires de covoiturage connectées et multi-services sur le territoire.
Effervescence this Friday, February 9, in the premises of the Béziers start-up Proxigo, whose offices are located on Allée Paul-Riquet, in Béziers. Olivier Leyssenot, the founding president, received Alain Caralp, the president of the community of communes of La Domitienne, to sign a partnership agreement as part of an upcoming development project, by Proxigo, &ldquo ;innovative eco-mobility areas on the territory.
Proxigo, accompanied by Innovosud and Éden
As a reminder, in January 2021 this company won support from the Innovosud Béziers business incubator as winner of the SPARX-Schlumberger call for projects in the Equipment category, intended for start-ups “ green”. At the same time, Proxigo was also supported by Éden, the “Sustainable natural energy ecosystem” which brings together many actors in the ecological transition (read opposite). « A fertilizer of ideas, as the sub-prefect described him.
Hence the presence of various representatives of the components of Éden: among others, Jacques Lucbereilh, the sub-prefect of Béziers; Luc Mas for SLB/Genvia/Éden; André Deljarry, for the CCI of Hérault; Alexandra Desiage, from Innovosud; Cédric Botella, for Pulse; Sébastien Cubillier for the CIC bank; Nicolas Daudé, director of the Saint-Privat polyclinic in Béziers; Roch Angelotti, CEO of the Angelotti group and stakeholder in the Proxigo project, "attractive because as a land developer, we talk about optimized, carbon-free mobility, multi-use of land, optimization of land so that territories function better."
"Becoming the first peri-urban network of interconnected eco-mobility stations"
Proxigo plans "to become the first peri-urban network of interconnected multi-service and multi-energy eco-mobility stations in France"< /em>, as its founder recalled. To do this, it proposes the installation, throughout Biterrois, of innovative carpooling areas. With video surveillance and an emergency call system for everyone's safety; shelters for users with all the necessary services and comfort; fast and universal electric charging stations and smart hydrogen modules; stations for electric bicycles and scooters; interactive information terminals multimodal connections, tourism, events, road traffic, weather, itineraries… "And many other services to make you want to use our areas. The application will also allow you to rent a bike, order your carpool, VTC or taxi. The areas will house delivery points for parcels, shopping, and connected distributors of products from short circuits", explained Olivier Leyssenot. More concretely, Proxigo has already started to develop locations. It has installed distributors of local products from local farmers as well as interactive mobility terminals at Galeries Lafayette, at SLB (formerly Cameron) and at the Saint-Privat polyclinic in Boujan. "We were already thinking about eco-mobility solutions. We had started working on the carpooling solution. We inquired but the offers offered did not suit us. Proxigo responded to our needs, to those of the 400 employees who, among other things, need to be retained…", said Nicolas Daudé, the director of the polyclinic.
Future locations on La Domitienne
The president of the community of communes of La Domitienne, Alain Caralp, said he was "delighted" about the partnership that will result from the agreement between the communityé and Proxigo. He recalledé that his community a few years ago, launched a Climate Plan Territorial Energy (PCET), which she developed in 2020 a territorial project called é Horizon, "a box à tools to adjust our public policies", as well as an Ecological Recovery and Transition Contract (CRTE) with the State< em> "who supports us on structuring and other projects". Then the president detailed : "As part of our PCET, and as we cannot do everything, when Olivier Leyssenot presented us with his project, we said to ourselves that it would surely provide a solution to this problem. our ecomobility issues, to decarbonize our daily practices. We therefore decided; of this agreement during the community council on February 6. It will allow us to practice partnerships for projects in public or private economic zones. The first Proxigo area will surely see the light of day in the Pierre-Paul Riquet regional park of economic activities (Prae), in the communes of Colombiers and Montady. Then there is also a possibility; to settle on the Zac de Viargues à Colombiers, where 16 ha are à arrange. A Proxigo area is planned there, next to a hotel, with a multimodal hub for the last kilometer. Finally, we must also ask ourselves the question about Via Europa à Sell. The public inquiry has been completed. The idea is to provide service to this 40 ha area which already exists."
