The Sète tielliste will leave the aquatechnical park in March to settle in new premises.

The Tielles Dassé are preparing to make a new start in the coming weeks. The tielliste manufacturing workshops, installed since August 2008 within the Sète aquatechnical park, will move to the Eaux Blanches activity zone, still at the eastern entrance to the city.

Meet the demands of professionals

These premises, larger and more functional, will meet the demand of professionals (butchers, charcutiers, fishmongers, etc.) and large supermarkets, while maintaining artisanal manufacturing. An authenticity dear to manager Christian Dassé, who perpetuates the know-how of maternal grandmother Adrienne Virduci, who manufactured and marketed tielle in Sète from 1937.
