Ce nouveau dispositif vient d’être présenté, au sein du quartier alésien des Prés Saint-Jean.
At the start of the morning of this Wednesday, April 17, Christophe Rivenq, president of the Agglomeration and first deputy mayor of Alès, presented a new system, the result of a "remarkable idea proposed by the head of City Policy", namely Brahim Aber, allowing "join the& ;rsquo;useful and pleasant" and "establish virtuous circles"< /em>.
What is the profile of the people concerned?
“The citizens' garden” consists of mobilizing Alésiens from priority districts of the capital of the Cévennes to maintain green spaces near their homes. This, with a social objective, explains the elected official: "Allow people(unemployed or looking for work, aged over 25) to find an activity within the neighborhoods to have action that enhances space, training, and insertion or reintegration."
An "accompaniment" of France Travail is planned
After work carried out upstream for three months, the first teams were formed and have just been made official. Concretely, three brigades of five people will officiate successively for two months. And it is already planned to draw up an initial assessment at the end of September. Employees of the association Raison all the more, the volunteers will benefit from the support of France Travail. "We will set up support with a dedicated service", specifies Lyne Lehoux, the director of the agency located in the heart of Prés Saint-Jean. "The goal is to move towards a sustainable employment…"
Objective: sustain the operation
Already, the president of the Agglo plans to perpetuate this operation, by mobilizing around fifty people per year. What he expects ? "We want the will, to be motivated, to be rigorous in maintaining the neighborhoods.& quot;
