Montpellier coach, Michel Der Zakarian, returned to his team's defensive generosity after the heavy defeat against Paris (2-6), Sunday March 17.  

Michel Der Zakarian (Montpellier coach): "Paris was too strong in the second half and we dropped of foot. We had a good first half even though we were down 2-0, we had a good reaction. We gave them problems offensively, we created a lot of chances. We score two goals even if there is one from the penalty spot, I think there could be a red card. 

Benjamin Lecomte had a sore toe, he couldn't play. Issiaga Sylla hurt his calf while warming up. 

I don't give a damn if Mbappé won't be here next year. He scored three goals for us, we let him hit twice. With the talent he has, if we give him time. We conceded three goals like that. 

We have to be closer to the opponent when there are players of this quality facing us, we have to come out on them. We need to defend better, for our goal average, it's not good."

Luis Enrique (PSG coach): "I keep the whole match, we played a part& ;nbsp;complete, showing ambition, we went for the three points but we had problems in defense by conceding too many counterattacks. But in the second half, we increased our pace and gained confidence with spectacular goals. We faced a good Montpellier team, we played at a very high level and we showed that we could win the championship.

I would have preferred not to concede goals. We made adjustments in defense because there were too many counter-attacks. The fact that our opponent scored two goals forced us to raise our level of play."
