Meet in Aigremont on May 9 for the gastronomic stroll of the AOC Duché d’Uzès, the Wine side of the Cours

The 8th edition of the Vin Côté Cours gastronomic walk takes gourmets to Aigremont, a charming village in the AOC Duchy of Uzès.

Aigremont will be honored with its double circulation, its small streets, its hidden courtyards, its
historical and wine heritage and with the magnificent landscape of the Cévennes as a backdrop during this 8th edition of Vin Côté Cours, the gastronomic stroll staged by the AOC Duché d’Uzès.

This year, it is the talented Michelin-starred chef Denis Martin from The Marcel restaurant who has created the unique recipes for this event. will offer participants the opportunity to discover a menu based around seafood but also local products from the Gard region including white summer truffles.

At each stop during this bucolic stroll, registrants will discover a dish, from appetizer to dessert. Winegrowers from different villages of the appellation will be there to introduce you to the vintages selected by the sommeliers for perfect food and wine pairings.

Practical information:
▪ Staggered departures every quarter of an hour, from 10:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. depending on registration. (700 places available).
▪ 18 winegrowers are present to share with the participants a moment of exchange and conviviality. At the end of the event, it will of course be possible to purchase the vintages which have been offered for tasting.
▪ Distance of the walk: approximately 6 km.
▪ For the 4th consecutive year, the 2 CV club of Uzège will transport people with reduced mobility for greater comfort!
▪ Price: 69 euros. For groups of 10 people or more, 65 €.
