MHSC – Nantes notes: Lecomte held the house in a match that started well with Adams' goal but ended poorly
|Benjamin Lecomte s'est montré décisif au bon moment pour le MHSC. Midi Libre – JEAN MICHEL MART
Montpellier shared a draw with Nantes (1-1) after a meeting where each team had its half-time. The Montpellier players had more difficulty after the break and even finished with nine.
Lecomte (7): For his birthday, the Montpellier goalkeeper was unable to sign a clean sheet beaten on the strike d'Abline (6th). Then, he was decisive on a header from Mohamed (41st). Author then of a double parade in front of Mollet and Abline (45th + 3),
Chato (5): A good start to the match on both sides of the field with an interception followed by a dangerous cross (17th). Severely warned for a foul on Abline (45th), he then held his position without contributing more offensively.
Jullien (4): For his first start in a long time, the central defender alternated between good and bad. Well placed on crosses to cut trajectories, he had more difficulty facing the speed of the Nantes attackers as on the Abline goal (26th).
Sagnan (5): Less impressive than against Reims, he lacked automatisms with Jullien. He still made a few comebacks as he has the secret with his speed. His header blocked by Pallois was not far from hitting the mark (33rd).
Mincarelli (4): We have seen less of the young full-back than during his last tenures, particularly offensively. On the defensive level, he did his job, never being caught apart from in stoppages of play holding back Traoré's arm who was heading towards the goal according to the referee who sent him off .
Chotard (5): A neutral match for the Montpellier defensive midfielder who was better at recovering the ball but also in the orientation. Replaced by Ferri (69th)
Omeragic (4) : Put in difficulty by Savanier on the Nantes equalizing goal (6th), he was less clean than ' ;in Reims, having difficulty finding his place. Also more neutral with the ball.
Nordin (4): A good start to the match where almost all the jokes came from his side but he was unable to be decisive like his shot above (16th). Less visible after the break and finally sent off for an uncontrolled gesture on Cozza (90th +5).
Savanier (6): A superfluous gesture which brings the Nantes equalizer (6th) but still technical flashes between crossbars, strikes just above, notably one from the midfielder, warned for a sole on Pallois (24th)
Tamari (5): Scheduled to replace, he replaced Coulibaly injured at the last moment ;warming up. Immediately, in action, the Jordanian gave the goal from inside the left to Akor Adams (2nd). Less successful then on his dribbles or his passes. Replaced by Fayad (69th)
Adams (5): Almost six months after his last in Ligue 1, he found the goal again (2nd). He misses after the double with a strong shot above (19th). A little less in sight then apart from a nice breakthrough on the left side (68th). Replaced by Karamoh (69th)
