Agricultures of the Mediterranean

HERAULT – The Mediterranean agriculture show, organized for the first time by Sète Agglopôle and Midi Libre, will be held on June 14 and 15 at Villeveyrac, in Hérault. All sectors will be represented: cereals, livestock, market gardening, arboriculture, viticulture and marine agriculture. "We have the France farm on the scale of the Thau basin" , rejoices Michel Garcia, vice-president of Sète agglopôle.

Restorative justice extends its actions to the region

#MONTPELLIER – Restorative justice consists of bringing a victim into dialogue, with the help of a mediator, ;rsquo;perpetrator or any person concerned. In 2016 Hérault, which depends on the Montpellier Court of Appeal, was a pioneer in its implementation. From this month of June, the Montpellier Court of Appeal extends its actions to the departments of Aude, Pyrénées-Orientales and Aveyron. Until then, meetings within the framework of restorative justice concerned intentional violence (assault, robbery…), by the end of the year domestic violence will also be included in this system.

These trees will be planted on a plot of land owned by the cooperative La Forêt privée lozérienne. The missing lambs were "not completely weaned", a shock for the farmer who is devastated. But also a financial blow: the amount of the damage amounts to at least 12,000 €. Faced with Pascal Flaman's dismay, his daughter opened an online kitty. A welcome gesture for the farmer who admits to having trouble asking for help from those around him: “We help people all year round, so we have to be able to accept help when we need it.”

La Coupole de Nîmes creates 50 jobs

After those carried out in May 2023 with the architect Julien Passerieux and the Aura firm for 1 million euros, time for a second phase which is similar to a restructuring "historic". A budget of 9 M€ will enable these projects designed by Aura and A + Architecture to be successfully completed. An arrival which will allow us to recruit 50 people.
