Pour sa treizième édition, l'émission "Cauchemar en cuisine" cherche des restaurateurs en difficulté dans le Carcassonnais.

On the occasion of the launch of the thirteenth season of the show "Nightmare in the kitchen", broadcast on M6, the famous starred chef and best worker in France (MOF), Philippe Etchebest and his production team are looking for restaurateurs in difficulty in the city of Carcassonne, according to L'Indépendant.

Adrift restaurateurs

In this show, Philippe Etchebest comes to the aid of adrift restaurateurs on the verge of going bankrupt, under the gaze of the cameras. Demanding and extremely outspoken, the starred chef often has his work cut out for him both in terms of the quality of the cuisine and the staff.
