The president of Usam Nîmes David Tebib was re-elected at the head of the National Association of Professional Sports Leagues.

David Tebib, president of Usam Nîmes and president of the National Handball League, was unanimously re-elected for three years as president of the ;rsquo;National Association of Professional Sports Leagues (ANLSP).

"All of his counterparts from other professional leagues praised his commitment and his action to coordinate and defend the interests of professional sport within the sports ecosystem and in relations with the public. all public authorities", explains the ANLSP in a press release.

The objectives of the ANLSP

The professional leagues have decided; in 2006 to unite diversity of their disciplines and the convergence of their interests within the National Association of Professional Sports Leagues (ANLSP). It is made up of the six existing leagues with a unique personality. legal: the French professional basketball, cycling, football, handball, rugby and volleyball leagues.

The main objectives of the ANLSP are:

– participate à the governance of French sport and contribute to the unité of the sports movement ;

– allow French professional sport to develop and be competitive with other European championships ;ens ;

– &be a development tool by sharing good practices deployed by each of the leagues and pooling their experiences ;riences.

At the end of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the action of David Tebib "will support the development of French professional sport in an increasingly economic and international context more moving".
