Nîmes: stars of the 90’s, Lââm, Benny B, Boris, Indra and Assia meet live at the Barben festival

After having made a whole generation dance, these artists will put on a show this summer, during a concert/tasting evening in the heart of the family wine farm on the Route de Sauve. See you on July 6, 2024, from 7 p.m.
Until now, the vast 1850 farmhouse nestled among vineyards and olive trees to the north of the town regularly hosted exhibitions, theatrical performances, weddings and seminars. But following the wishes of its manager and co-owner, the Mas de la Barben, which extends over some 120 hectares, will take a new turn this summer, with the organization of its very first musical festival.

"It’this time around music we wanted to create a new event in the heart of the farmhouse. The evening of next July 6, combining concerts and tastings, is already shaping up to be warm, transgenerational and friendly, predicted Damien Hermann this Thursday, April 11, during the press presentation of the program for this first edition of the festival.
VIP areas, tasting and food trucks
At the heart of the mas, on an open-air stage installed within a vast Atrium made of cut stone from Vers reconstituted in 2015, some of the greatest musical artists French from the 90’s period – 2,000 will perform during this festive evening, organized in partnership with the show producer Onze productions.
Lââm, Benny B, Indra, Assia or even Boris and his heady Disco Evening, are announced on the bill. And should certainly ignite the dance floor for the some 1,200 privileged people expected during what already promises to be one of the first sacred evenings from summer 2024!
Next to the photocall, VIP square (possible partnership) and Food-truck area with among others an oyster farmer, the tasting area will finally be the occasion ;for visitors to enjoy the estate’s wines and artisanal beers.
