PODCAST. How Dubernet laboratories combine technology and passion for wine

Matthieu Dubernet, president of the laboratory of the same name at the microphone of Midi Libre.

In this new episode of Mon Territoire j’y Crois, the podcast co-produced with Crédit Agricole du Languedoc, we offer you the unique discovery of a laboratory serving viticulture.

With 300,000 samples processed per year, the Dubernet laboratory is the leading group of independent oenology laboratories in Europe.

The head office is located in Montredon near Narbonne. The Orange and Tain-l’Hermitage sites complete the offering.

The activity of the laboratory includes two components: on the one hand the analyzes which can detect – down to nanograms per liter – certain elements such as "cork taint", phytosanitary residues, contaminants, aromas… And on the other hand, the tasting aspect with the blends.

Today we welcome Matthieu Dubernet, president of the laboratory with the eponymous name.

Registration carried out by telephone.
