Recognition of natural disaster for Roquemaure, Montclus and Pouzilhac

Affected persons have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of publication of this decree in the Official Journal to make their declaration to their insurance companies.

The decree of March 19, 2024 published in the official journal of April 7, 2024 recognizes the state of disaster natural for three Gard communes, due to differential land movements resulting from drought and soil rehydration.

Recognition

The commune of Roquemaure is thus recognized as being in a natural disaster situation for the period from April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. As for the localities ;of Montclus and Pouzilhac, they are considered in a natural disaster situation over the period from July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.

Those affected have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of publication of this decree in the Official Journal to make their declaration with their insurance companies.
